Fee Explanation
The MCSC facility fee includes the cost of the operating room, supplies, equipment, medication, and recovery room care. You will receive separate bills from your surgeon and anesthesia provider. You may receive a bill for additional services such as pathology, laboratory and/or radiology. If you have any questions concerning the MCSC fee, please call our insurance/billing department toll free at 1-800-969-9870. Early payment discounts and payment plans are available upon request. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. All payment arrangements and financial assistance must be arranged prior to your procedure.
Insurances Accepted
We will file insurance and Medicare/Medicaid forms for you. For filing purposes, please bring your insurance cards with you on the day of surgery. MCSC is NOT an in-network provider for all insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance carrier to see if pre-certification or a second opinion is required. It is the patient’s responsibility to pay all charges not covered by their insurance. If you expect your procedure to be covered under a worker’s compensation plan or a liability insurance carrier, you must provide our billing office with a valid claim number or your insurance company will be billed.
